Matt Uselton

Matt serves as Acquisition Associate for Value Acquisition Fund and serves as Executive Vice President for RVC Outdoor Destinations (a related company). Matt holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis. Before joining the Val Fund team, Matt was the Senior Analyst and Registered Appraisal Trainee for Valbridge Property Advisors, the largest independent commercial property valuation and advisory services firm in the United States. He has also held positions as Vice President of Acquisitions and Vice President of Real Estate and Development within RVC.

In addition to asset management, investor relations and deal sourcing roles for Val Fund, Matt is active in all aspects of site selection, market analysis, project management, financial analysis and development strategy for RVC Outdoor Destinations.

Outside of the commercial real estate world, Matt is a professional musician with a 10-year career as a live and studio guitarist along with years of teaching, song-writing and studio production. He is a native Memphian who enjoys spending time with his wife, Alison and daughter, Ellie.
